# What is Unison?

**Cross-chain yield, simplified.**

Unison is a non-custodial cross-chain asset management protocol. It finds the best yields across the EVM landscape, deploys your capital and compounds everything automatically. Protocols, DAOs or fund managers can create their own vaults with custom allocations on top of Unison's cross-chain infrastructure.

### The problem

DeFi yield is fragmented. Capital sitting on one chain misses better opportunities on another. Scaling across chains means manually bridging, monitoring rates, evaluating protocols, compounding rewards and rebalancing constantly. Most yield products don't even offer exposure to real-world assets.

Unison solves this. One deposit gets you optimized yield across every major EVM chain. RWA vaults add exposure to tokenized equities and real-world assets on top.

### What Unison offers

#### Stablecoin vaults

Stablecoin vaults come in two risk profiles:

| Vault           | Risk         | Description                                                                  |
| --------------- | ------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Low risk**    | Conservative | Deploys into established battle-tested protocols with lower volatility       |
| **Medium risk** | Moderate     | Allocates across a broader set of yield sources for higher potential returns |

Yields vary depending on which protocols are integrated and how capital is allocated.

#### RWA vaults

Real-world asset vaults give you on-chain exposure to traditional financial markets:

* **Leveraged RWA yield** combines tokenized real-world assets with on-chain leverage for enhanced returns
* **Basket vaults** hold diversified portfolios of tokenized equities like a FAANG basket or US tech index

RWA vault offerings are actively expanding. Specific basket compositions will be announced as they launch.
